Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: July 22, 2026

1. Custom Website and Software Development Services

Project deposits, milestone payments, and payments for completed work are generally non-refundable once development work has begun, except as stated in the applicable written service agreement or as required by law.

Cancellation terms, completed work, outstanding balances, ownership of deliverables, and any refund eligibility will be handled according to the applicable proposal, statement of work, project agreement, or service agreement.

2. Subscription-Based Services

Customers may cancel a subscription before the next renewal date. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, payments already made for the current billing period are generally non-refundable. Customers may retain access until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise disclosed.

Individual subscription products may have additional terms, which will be presented before purchase and will apply to that product.

3. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

Customers who believe they were charged more than once or charged incorrectly should contact AI Soft Engine LLC promptly so that the charge can be reviewed and, where appropriate, corrected.

4. Refund Requests

To help us review a refund request efficiently, please include:

• Customer name
• Account email
• Transaction date
• Transaction amount
• Service or subscription name
• Description of the issue
• Supporting documentation where relevant

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds may require several business days to appear in the customer’s account, depending on the bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us before submitting a payment dispute or chargeback so that we can review the issue and attempt to resolve it directly. Nothing in this policy restricts customers from exercising their legal rights.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. The version in effect at the time of a purchase will apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law.
