Custom software and website projects may be governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, project agreement, or service agreement. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these general website Terms of Service, the separate agreement will control for that project.

8. Automatic Renewal
A subscription will renew automatically only when the applicable purchase page clearly discloses automatic renewal, the renewal price, and the billing frequency before purchase. Customers will be able to cancel renewal as described in the applicable plan terms.
9. Cancellation
Subscription cancellation and project cancellation will be governed by the applicable plan terms, proposal, statement of work, or service agreement.
10. Refunds
Refunds are addressed in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, and in any applicable written agreement.
11. Intellectual Property
Website content, branding, original text, code, and other materials owned by AI Soft Engine LLC are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute such materials without permission, except as permitted by law.
12. Client-Provided Content
Clients must have the necessary rights and permissions to use any text, images, trademarks, software, data, and other materials they supply to us for use in a project. Clients are responsible for the content they provide.
13. Project Deliverables
Ownership and licensing of custom project deliverables, including source code and design assets, will be stated in the applicable written proposal, statement of work, or service agreement.
14. Acceptable Use
